Why another draw bet? I had hoped that I convinced you not to have those anymore!

More important you are promoting 3 way bets and that is not what we want! We want Asian handicaps especially since here in Asia for some unbelievable reason the punters seem to start enjoying these home/draw/away bets more than their much better priced Asian handicaps!

while I tend to agree that betting on draws is very risky,I don't agree that betting on ml is no good.Phaedrus picked odds of 2.5+ (which you cannot find at asian handicaps), and not odds of 1.10,so for me it fully acceptable.
In any case,its his own money and his own picks.

Basically, here is my situation, laid out as plainly as I can --

1) I am not a particularly good soccer handicapper.

2) I have found that my percentages of wins on handicaps is not significantly better than my percentage in outright.

3) Ergo, I benefit from the larger percentage of payouts and disproportionately smaller winning ratio.

4) And this is a big one but might as well be honest, I don't understand Asian handicap. It doesn't make any sense to me.

it's the same as with any other sports handicap, in soccer a set number of goals are added to the goals scored in the final result of one team and subtracted from the other, two outcomes ensue of about equal probabilities; you chose your side and bet. Goal differences can range from 0, 1/2, 1, 1 1/2, 2 goals upwards, but you ll very rarely see anything above 4 goals.

In quarter asian handicaps, the 1/4, 3/4 etc. ones, your stake is halved between two scenarios, in the 1/4 goal advantage say to either level ball (pk) and +1/2 goal, or level ball and -1/2, similarly 3/4 is 1/2 and 1 goal, 1 1/4 is 1 and 1 1/2 goal etc. etc.

There are also three way lines with a handicap where a set number of goal is substracted or added to the three way line and different odds ensue.
